Tante Käthe Sports Bar has been hosting great crowds of football fans for 12 years watching matches live on a host of big screens.
The bar is named after former Germany player and coach Rudi Völler, who had the nickname “Tante Käthe” (Auntie Katie) because of his bubble perm-look hairstyle.
We show Bundesliga (first and second), German Cup, Champions League, Europa League, German national team games and selected matches from other European leagues.
The (non-smoking!) bar is located at Bernauer Strasse 63-64, right next to the Mauer Park.
For Euro 2016 we are expanding by setting up a large beer garden with a huge screen. There’s room for everyone and if it rains you can just come inside.
We’ll have a fine selection of German beers on tap as well as cocktails and soft drinks. And you can satisfy your hunger from our barbecue with a choice of hamburgers, steaks and sausages as well as other items likes fries and wraps.
See you soon at Tante Käthe, the auntie of all football bars!
